App sometimes does not open.
In my Samsung S10 Just get BI logo sitting in middle of white page ! Have to turn phone off and restart then BI will open!! Since Update not good at all, needs to be sorted urgently. Used to be a good app
Desde que atualizaram a app esta está constantemente a dar erros e não deixa fazer muitas das operações. Piorou bastante. Até há pouco tempo era uma app relativamente simples e sem problemas. Não deviam lançar uma atualização sem ter a certeza de que está livre de bugs.

I live in London and heavily rely on the app. It was working fine on Samsung S8 but doesn't work on S10. It just shows the logo and close with no error. This is really messing up my life!

Fail, Fail, Fail ! Não consegue carregar o telemóvel, move-se para seleccionar o fornecedor e depois congela. Nenhuma opção excepto fechar a aplicação, ao entrar novamente a aplicação diz-me que já estou a fazer uma transacção noutra janela aberta, tem algum tipo de birra infantil e volta à janela inicial (pessoal) de login. 5ª tentativa nas últimas 12 horas, o que poderia eu estar a fazer (_____ com o meu tempo______) errado ?
